About the ESTF
(Educational Scholarship Trust Fund)
What is the ESTF?
Per their website.
"The Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program is administered by the South Carolina Department of Education that allows qualifying South Carolina families to apply for a scholarship. For the 2025-2026 school year, the award amount is $7,500. For the 2026-2027 school year, the awarded amount will be $7,634."

The funds are administered through Class Wallet, and "it functions as an education savings account (ESA) to cover tuition, tutoring, and therapies" (Palmetto Promise Institute).

This is the third year in a row that Wired Minds Tutoring has been an approved Vendor for the ESTF, and we love serving families in the Upstate through this program!
The services we offer that are eligible under the ESTF include:
- 1:1 Tutoring for any subject or grade
- SAT or ACT Prep Tutoring (1:1 or Group Class)
- ASVAB prep tutoring (1:1 or Group Class)
- Academic Summer Camps*
- After-School Program

*Please note for our Summer Camps that if you are beginning your first year in the ESTF program, funds will not be available until July. Any services beforehand would need to be applied to the previous year's funding allowance or paid out of pocket.
